At SKRUBB, you can delete your account and personal information at any time.

How to Request Deletion

You can request deletion in one of two ways:

1. In the app:

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account

2. By email:

Email accountdeletion@skrubbapp.com with the subject line
"Data Deletion Request – [Your Account Email]"

What Happens Next

We'll verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.

Certain records (such as transaction history required by law) may be retained temporarily for accounting or compliance purposes before being permanently deleted.
